Delivery Policy

Local

  • Cash On Delivery is accepted ISLAND WIDE
  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Sampath Vishwa, eZ cash, M Cash & FriMi payment options are available for all customers within Sri Lanka.
  • Order dispatch takes place only during working days (Monday-Friday) excluding poya days and other mercantile holidays.
  • Pick up option is not available as Gabriella is an online store that is purely operated online.
  • Cash on delivery orders will take maximum of 2 working days from the date of order placement.
  • Pre-paid orders will only be dispatched once we have received a proof of payment.
  • Pre-paid orders will be dispatched on the next working day after the receipt of the payment. (Delivery may take up to maximum of 3 working days depending on the delivery location)
  • Once the order has been accepted by the recipient or a representative, it will be deemed as delivered. Gabriella shall not be held responsible for any lost goods after acceptance of the goods by the recipient.
  • Delivery Failure – Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. If an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is given, an extra rerouting delivery charge will have to be borne by the customer.

International

  •  All orders are shipped out from Sri Lanka.
  • All prices are in US Dollars
  • All charges are based on volumic weight, which includes the weight of the box packaging. (Aprox 1kg= 1pair of shoes + box packaging)
  • Orders placed and confirmed by 0900 hours (GMT+5.5) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed after 0900 (GMT+5) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
  • Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, Full moon poya days and other mercantile holidays in Sri Lanka.
  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express options are available for all customers worldwide.
  • Overseas orders will only be dispatched once the seller has received a proof of payment.
  • All orders will be shipped via Aramex courier services.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order has been shipped out.
  • Expected delivery date may vary from 6-12 working days, but may delay further under the following circumstances; custom clearance delay, public holidays, bad weather conditions & etc.
  • Delivery Failure – Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. If an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is given, an extra rerouting delivery charge will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
